Code of Ethics

All associates participating in the COMPASS Management Consulting system must commit to the following Code of Ethics:

• Professional and personal conduct in a manner that reflects positively on the company
• Professional and courteous communication with prospects, clients, other affiliated firms and the COMPASS Management Consulting staff
• Accept only client engagements for which we are qualified, not overstating our experience or capabilities
• Advertise services in a manner that does not misrepresent COMPASS Management Consulting or individuals within the company
• Deal honestly and fairly with clients, clearly stating the nature and scope of services to be rendered
• Agree with clients in advance on the basis for professional charges
• Render honest and impartial advice
• Develop realistic and practical solutions to best meet client needs
• Complete projects to the best of our abilities
• Safeguard confidential client information, and use proprietary client information only with the client's permission
